I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS MY IDEAS WITH AN ARTIST, WOULD THIS BE POSSIBLE?"

Yes of course. We offer free of charge consultation with the tattoo artist. If you have a design in mind, e-mail us and we will be able to check availabilities and book you in for consultation. These consultations are usually either at 1pm or 6:30pm.

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE WITH ME WHEN I'M GETTING TATTOOED?

Sadly, due to during Zombie Flu and on going social distancing, you cannot be joined by friends or family to your appointment. Please arrive to your appointments alone, and no earlier than the times given as we need to limit the amount of people in reception. Please also wear a face mask whilst in the Studio.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Make sure you have a good night’s rest, avoid alcohol, caffein, any pain killer the night before and ensure that you have eaten something before your appointment. You may be in the tattoo area for a few hours, so it’s important to ensure that you are feeling your best. You can bring some chocolate or fruit that you can eat during the breaks.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR A TATTOO TO HEAL?

Accepted Answer

The healing process can vary depending on a number of factors such as age, health conditions, immune system etc. However, we estimate that for a healthy individual is about 2 weeks to 1 month until the skin fully regenerates.

WHAT IS YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Our working hours for tattoos are from 2pm to 7pm.

WILL I NEED TO LEAVE DEPOSIT?

Yes, if you wish to book an appointment, we will ask you for a deposit to secure that spot for you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER TATTOO?

Accepted Answer

The tattoo artists will explain the aftercare to you once the tattoo is done and you will be given all the information in writing as well.

HOW DO YOU PRICE TATTOOS?

Tattoos are priced based on design and body position. We take into account the amount of time, the tools that will be required and the preperation of the design.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO YOUR STUDIO?

Children are not allowed inside the studio, this applies to the reception area too. Anyone under the age of 16 will be asked to leave the premises. We apologise for any problems this may cause, however, tattoo studios are not a suitable place for children.

WILL YOU E-MAIL ME THE DESIGN BEFORE I GET THE TATTOO?

As a shop policy, we do not send the designs over beforehand. The tattoo artists work on each customer’s design shortly before the tattoo happens and will have it ready for you when you come to the studio. If you wish to do any changes to the design, that’s absolutely fine and we will make sure that you are 100% happy with the design before starting to tattoo.

CAN I GET TATTOOED IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION

We will not refuse tattooing someone based on a medical condition, but if you are afraid that it may in some way affect your health, it’s better to speak to your doctor beforehand.

DO YOU DO COVER-UPS AND REWORKS?

Yes, we do. Our artists are very skilled at this. We will ask you to come to the studio for a consultation beforehand to have a word with one of the tattoo artists and discuss your ideas. If the tattoo is very dark/fresh, we may advise you to get some laser removal sessions in order to lighten it up a bit, and then we will be able to help you out. We also have a laser removal service in the studio.

CAN YOU TATTOO OVER A SCAR?

As long as the scar is over 1 year old, we can tattoo over it, however it is always best to book a consultation to discuss your ideas regarding this and to allow the artist to have a conversation with you about your goals for the tattoo.

WILL YOU TOUCH UP A TATTOO I GOT SOMEWHERE ELSE?

Depending on what tattoo/where in the body it is, we may do it. Please email us photos of the existing tattoo and we will let you know.

Question 18

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

Accepted Answer

As the information stated in the appointment card when you made your appointment, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, this means you will not be able to use your deposit, although exceptions may apply at our discretion. Provided you give us at least 72 h notice, we will be able to change your appointment to a later date (for a maximum of 2 times).

Question 19

I NEED A TOUCH-UP WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Touch ups are free of charge when done within three months of your initial appointments and caused by us, please get in contact with us after the first month, giving your skin time to heal before touching your tattoo up. Sadly, we do not offer free touch ups on fingers, palms, soles or inner lip tattoos.
